OUR STORY - A PASSION FOR HELPING STUDENTS ACHIEVE THEIR ACADEMIC POTENTIAL

Our goal is to build a community-based website where students and parents can connect with local tutors and help them with their tutoring needs at an affordable price.

For many students and families in our community, there may come a time where they need to find a tutor for their unique situation.  Often times, finding the right tutor turns into a struggle and hassle and this is where our story begins.

Established in 2016 in the Ottawa/Gatineau region, we recognized the need for a one stop search designed to connect students and their families with tutors at all levels and for all subjects. We have designed a user friendly and interactive website which provides a resource not only for students/parents to find tutors but also for tutors to showcase themselves in order to find students.  Search A Tutor is invested in making sure that the students in our community experience a hassle free approach when searching for a tutor.
